AquaTex Masters Waterpolo Registration Form

Please fill out the following fields if you have attended or plan to attend AquaTex Masters Waterpolo scrimmages. Registration will be used for communications, for a mandatory sign-in form on scrimmage days, and for USA Water Polo verification only. Pricing for masters remains the same: $10 cash/venmo on scrimmage days.

Registrants must acknowledge having read AquaTex Waterpolo's Covid-19 Practice and Training guidelines.
